A large and inclusive secondary school in Grantham is seeking a compassionate and organised Attendance & Pastoral Administrator to join its student services team from January 2026. The Role You will monitor attendance data, follow up absences, liaise with families and support pastoral staff in addressing attendance concerns. The role blends data management with direct communication and requires sensitivity, consistency and professionalism. You’ll work closely with Heads of Year, safeguarding staff and external agencies where appropriate.
