Job Description
3. Processing and verifying supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
4. Maintaining and reconciling accounts payable records.
5. Handling payment runs and managing supplier payment queries effectively.
6. Collaborating with internal teams to resolve invoice discrepancies.
7. Ensuring compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
8. Preparing reports related to accounts payable activities for management review.
9. Supporting the Accounting & Finance department with administrative tasks as required.
10. Contributing to process improvement initiatives within the accounts payable function.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Accounts Payable professional should have:
11. Previous experience in accounts payable or a similar finance role within the FMCG industry.
12. Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
13. Strong numerical and problem-solving skills.
14. A detail-oriented approach to managing financial records.
15. Excellent communication skills for liaising with suppliers and internal teams.
16. A proactive attitude towards meeting deadlines and managing workload.
