Responsibilities
* Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs.
* Provide knowledgeable advice on products and services to enhance the customer experience.
* Engage in upselling techniques to maximise sales opportunities.
* Maintain an organised and visually appealing merchandise display.
* Process transactions accurately using the till system.
* Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
* Keep the sales floor tidy and well-stocked throughout the day.
* Collaborate with team members to achieve store objectives and maintain a positive work environment.
Requirements
* Excellent communication skills
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management.
* Previous experience in retail or customer service is an advantage but not essential.
* Proficient phone etiquette for handling customer calls and inquiries.
