Children’s Home Manager – Leicester
Full‑time, permanent role with salary up to £70,000 (including up to £60,000 base plus bonuses and a £7,500 starting bonus).
Responsibilities
* Registered Manager – responsible for the safe and effective management of a children’s home.
* Support children and young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties and challenging behaviours.
* Work with the Regional Inspectorate to maintain compliance with OFSTED and company standards.
* Manage, recruit, develop and supervise the staff team to ensure child‑focused support and positive outcomes.
* Address safeguarding concerns and manage the home’s budget.
* Ensure the service, rated Good by OFSTED, operates effectively within Leicester.
Qualifications
* Level5 in leadership and management.
* Level3 in children and young people.
* Valid driving licence.
* Deputy or Registered Manager experience.
Salary and Benefits
