About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our dynamic team at Smash Burgers. As our new Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing a high‑performing team, and driving the success of our growing business. Positions available are Full‑time and Casual for both managers and kitchen staff.
Responsibilities
* Manage all daily restaurant operations, including scheduling, inventory, and staff oversight
* Lead, train, and motivate a high‑performing team of servers and kitchen staff
* Ensure exceptional customer service and a positive dining experience for all guests
* Collaborate with the broader management team to develop and implement strategic initiatives
* Maintain compliance with all relevant health, safety, and licensing regulations
Qualifications
* No experience required, however preferred.
* Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including inventory management, budgeting, and staff scheduling
* Excellent customer service skills and a proven track record of driving positive guest experiences
* Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high‑performing team
* Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills, with the ability to think strategically
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with all stakeholders
