We are proud to be partnering with a Housing Association, who are looking to appoint a Scheme Manager on a 3-month contract.
This will be a full-time position based in Edgware, with a rate of £20.00 per hour via an Umbrella Company.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in sheltered housing and with vulnerable adults. Additionally this candidate will have an enhanced DBS taken out within the last three years.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
1. Managing a scheme of 40 properties
2. Carrying out risk assessments
3. Assisting clients to live independently
4. Reporting necessary repairs
5. Carrying out regular health and safety checks
Experience required:
6. Experience required working in supported housing
7. Experience providing support to vulnerable adults
Skills, knowledge and expertise required:
8. Strong communication skills both written and verbal
9. Experience of housing management, reporting repairs and health and safety
Working hours:
10. 37 hours per week
11. Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm
