Hours are 38.75 per week (rotating shift pattern hours are : 6.45am : 3pm, 2.45pm : 11pm and 10.45pm to 7am
What You Will Do
* Lead and engage manufacturing employees on your shift, ensuring high levels of motivation and performance.
* Manage personnel in line with company policies, including absence, performance, and disciplinary procedures.
* Schedule and oversee production throughput to meet customer requirements efficiently.
* Monitor, measure, and report on production processes, analysing performance data to implement corrective actions.
* Advocate for continuous improvement, collaborating with other shifts to ensure consistency and implement enhancements.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines, good housekeeping practices, and lean manufacturing protocols.
