An exciting and fast-growing business in the family lifestyle and hospitality private members space is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead the evolution of its digital presence across multiple platforms. The Role
You will be responsible for driving digital performance across key channels including the website, paid media, CRM, and a soon-to-launch mobile app. Key responsibilities include:
Leading and optimising performance marketing (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager)
Managing the digital customer journey and UX across platforms
Supporting the rebuild of the company website and integration of new CRM systems
Overseeing email marketing and CRM campaigns
Analysing performance using tools such as GA4 to inform strategy and improve ROI
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure consistent digital messaging and execution
The Candidate
As the ideal candidate, you will have a strong background in digital and performance marketing, with a keen analytical mindset and a focus on user experience. Ideal candidates will have:
Hands-on experience with paid media platforms (Google, Meta)
A solid grasp of analytics and performance reporting (GA4 and similar)
Experience managing CMS platforms and website content
A proven track record of delivering end-to-end digital campaigns
Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work cross-functionally
