Our Public Sector client based in the heart of Lincoln, requires a Customer Service Advisor to join their busy Corporate Hub. The role will be for 4 weeks initially, with the chance to extend after this period. The hourly rate for this role will be £12.68 per hour. The hub is open between the hours of 08:00 to 18:00 hours and the role is covering 37 hours a week. Our candidate must be flexible to cover hours in this time range on a rota basis. The Customer Service Centre is the First Point of Contact for many of Lincolnshire County Councils Services, including Adult Care, Children's Services, Highways, Registration & Celebratory Services, Library Services. We deliver a diverse range of services, many of which play an important part in people's lives - whether it is carrying out a Social Care Assessment to enable a resident to stay safely at home, taking a contact to support a Child in Need or simply renewing a library book, it can be hard, but rewarding work. At the Customer Service Centre, you will be the first point of for District Council Services (e.g. Council Housing repairs) and other local services including Libraries and Heritage enquiries. You will be required to gather and process information efficiently and accurately. To be a successful Customer Service Associate you will have a passion for delivering excellent customer service and excellent communication skills. Good IT skills with a competency in using Microsoft Office and Windows is also essential!
