Role Overview
Medlock Partner is partnering with a Manchester-based Financial Services business to find an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner for a 16-month fixed-term contract. This delivery-focused role involves supporting fast-paced, business-critical hiring across various teams.
Responsibilities
* Manage the full recruitment process using direct sourcing, referrals, and agency support as needed.
* Hire for roles in investment, risk, technology, compliance, and operations, with a preference for experience in financial services, investment management, or capital markets.
* Build and manage talent pipelines across multiple channels.
* Partner with stakeholders at all levels to provide advice and guidance.
* Support wider HR and talent initiatives, including process improvements, diversity hiring, early careers, EVP, and onboarding projects.
Candidate Profile
* Hands-on, commercially minded, and confident in a fast-moving, complex environment.
* Delivery-driven with strong stakeholder management skills.
* Passionate about recruiting and talent acquisition.
