Type: Permanent – Full Time (37 hours per week)
Salary: Up to £26k plus Flexible Benefits
Summary:
We're seeking a Streetworks Administrator to manage streetworks notices and permits for cabling and overhead line projects. You will ensure compliance with legislation and support field operations, playing a vital role in our team.

Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare, submit, and manage streetworks licensing applications for planned and emergency works in accordance with local authority policies and regulations.
* Ensure all work complies with SLAs and deadlines, managing notifications such as start, stop, and S70 as required by legislation.
* Collaborate with Local Authorities, Project Managers, and Supervisors to deliver excellent service and meet client expectations.
* Coordinate with third parties (e.g., parking suspensions, road closures) and assist in managing workforce logistics to ensure timely delivery.
* Respond to fines and charges, manage defect notices, and resolve non-compliance issues with the operations team.
* Maintain records, handle payments/POs, update CRM and JTE databases, and prepare job packs for field teams.
Candidate Requirements:
* Experience in streetworks coordination or similar administrative roles is essential.
* Ability to multitask accurately and meet deadlines, handling fines, charges, and compliance issues effectively.
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills for stakeholder engagement.
* Self-motivated with a proactive approach and ability to thrive in a busy environment.
