Residential Sales Negotiator required for a Milton Keynes estate agency: handling buyer enquiries, property viewings, and sales progression while delivering high customer service and supporting office performance targets.
An immediate opportunity is available for an experienced Sales Negotiator to join a leading local estate agency in Milton Keynes.
This role suits an enthusiastic property professional who enjoys working with people, progressing sales, and delivering high standards of service throughout the transaction process.
What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
* Registering applicants and matching them to suitable properties
* Conducting property viewings and follow-ups
* Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers
* Progressing agreed sales through to completion
* Handling enquiries by phone, email, and in person
* Building relationships with clients and applicants
* Supporting the wider sales team in achieving targets
* Maintaining accurate records and CRM updates
