Permanent contract with excellent benefits About the Service Millburn Close is a 24-hour supported living service for adults with complex and enduring mental health needs. Based in a quiet cul-de-sac on the edge of Knockbracken Healthcare Park, the service includes a mix of self-contained flats and bungalows for 26 individuals, along with shared communal areas, activity spaces, and a team office. Our aim is to support each individual to live independently and with dignity, while providing person-centred assistance around their recovery, social inclusion, and emotional wellbeing. What You'll Be Doing As a Project Worker at Millburn, your days will be meaningful and diverse. You'll work as part of a supportive team delivering personalised support to people living in their own homes within the service. You'll: Support with daily living tasks such as cooking, cleaning, laundry, and shopping Provide emotional support and encourage engagement with therapeutic and social activities Support individuals to attend appointments (e.g. GP, community mental health team, pharmacists) Facilitate or help run group activities like art, cooking, gardening, and wellness sessions Help individuals maintain and build connections within their community Monitor medication compliance and assist with medication where appropriate Complete detailed records and work closely with colleagues to ensure high-quality care Play an active role in team meetings, supervision, and service development This is not a personal care role - our focus is on enabling people to maintain independence and live fulfilling lives. Who We Support We support adults aged between 18 and 76, living with complex mental health conditions including psychosis, depression, and substance use. Our team is there to help enable all of this - and more. Who We're Looking For You don't need previous experience in mental health services, but you do need to bring the right values. We're looking for someone who is: Compassionate, patient, and non-judgemental Organised, dependable, and calm under pressure A team player who can also work independently Resilient, with a sense of humour and a strong ethical compass Willing to learn, adapt, and engage with new ideas We particularly welcome applicants with experience in support work, social care, mental health, recovery, housing support, or related fields - but training is provided. Hours & Shifts You'll be working across a rolling rota which includes: Early Shifts - 07:45am - 3:15pm Late Shifts - 2:45pm - 10:15pm Optional Night Cover - 10:00pm - 8:00am (sleep-in shifts) Weekends on rotation Why Join Inspire?
