Role Description
We are seeking a Property Solicitor or CILEx to join our team in a full-time (or part-time if suitable), initially on-site role based in Chapel Allerton, Leeds. This role involves handling a range of property matters, including residential and commercial conveyancing, overseeing the completion of property transactions, providing sound legal advice to clients, and drafting legal documents. You will work closely with other members of the legal team and clients to ensure efficient and effective case management. The role is available immediatley to the right candidate.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Conveyancing and Commercial Real Estate
Strong communication and client relationship management skills
Exceptional organizational skills and an ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with relevant experience in property law
Strong understanding of property law regulations and procedures in the UK
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team
