## DescriptionJoin Our Client as a Lead Physiotherapist Band 7 We re looking for an experienced and passionate Lead Physiotherapist (Band 7) to join a specialist neurorehabilitation service supporting individuals recovering from brain injury, stroke, and spinal injury. Location: Leatherhead, Surrey Salary: GBP46,148 GBP52,809 (depending on experience) Hours: 37.5 per week (part–time hours considered) What You ll Do: Lead and deliver expert care across neurorehabilitation services. Manage a small caseload while overseeing physiotherapy service delivery. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of OTs, SLTs, nurses, psychologists, and support staff. Participate in the Key Therapist/Worker programme, ensuring personalised, client–centred care. Provide clinical supervision, mentorship, and development for junior physiotherapy staff. Contribute to service improvement, audits, and evidence–based practice initiatives. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold high professional standards. About You: HCPC–registered Physiotherapist with a degree/diploma in Physiotherapy. Member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP). Proven post–registration experience in neurorehabilitation or physical rehabilitation. Experience in staff supervision and multidisciplinary working. Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills. Committed to continued professional development with an up–to–date CPD portfolio.
