THE ROLE:
* Manage a portfolio of approximately 95 residential properties
* Coordinate maintenance, repairs and contractor management
* Handle tenancy renewals and tenancy administration
* Ensure compliance across the portfolio
* Build trusted relationships with landlords and tenants
* Deliver exceptional customer service at every stage of the tenancy
THE PROFILE:
* Previous Property Management experience is essential
* ARLA qualified preferred (but not essential)
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Calm and professional under pressure
* Proactive and solutions-focused approach
* Strong understanding of residential lettings legislation and compliance
* Committed to delivering outstanding customer service
PACKAGE DETAILS
Salary: Up to £42,000
Location: Central London office with South West London portfolio
Flexible Working: 1–2 days working from home
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am–6:00pm
Portfolio: Approximately 95 residential properties
