A School is looking for an enthusiastic and skilled SEND Teacher to join their inclusive and welcoming school community from September 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity to support children with additional needs in a mainstream setting, providing tailored learning and pastoral care that allows every pupil to thrive. Key Responsibilities Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons for children with SEND Work closely with the SENCO, support staff, and external agencies Monitor progress and contribute to EHCP reviews Foster a positive, supportive learning environment Promote inclusion and emotional wellbeing in the classroom Essential Requirements QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent Proven experience supporting children with additional needs (SEND) Strong understanding of differentiation and inclusive strategies Patience, creativity, and a child-centred approach SENDirect is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
