About the role
At St Mary and All Saints, our teachers are the heart of our community. The post holder will:
* Fulfil the professional responsibilities of a teacher, as set out in the School Teacher's Pay and Conditions Document (STPCD)
* Consistently meet and model the expectations set out in the Teachers' Standards
* Support the distinct Christian vision and values of the school, ensuring every child can flourish
* Fulfil duties as reasonably directed by the Headteacher
* Take primary responsibility for the progress and attainment of all
assigned pupils
- Design and deliver well-structured, engaging lessons that follow the school's
curriculum and pedagogical plans

About you
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Degree level qualification
* Evidence of successful teaching practice (or placements for ECTs)
* Understanding of effective safeguarding and child protection procedures
* Ability to manage classroom behaviour positively and consistently
