We’re looking for a dedicated Healthcare Assistant to join our team and support our service users in the Dorset area. We recruit specifically for each of our service users, matching not only clinical skills, but personalities and lifestyle too. Our experienced nursing team will provide you with full client-specific training. In the ever-changing world of complex care in the community, you’ll make a real difference with HASCS. (T&Cs Apply) Responsibilities: • Support patients with their physical care needs, including hygiene, mobility, nutrition, and comfort. • Deliver person-centered care according to individual bespoke care plans. • Promote independence and respect each patient’s spiritual, psychological, and cultural needs. • Maintain accurate care records. • Assist with communication between patients, their families, and healthcare professionals. • Administer prescribed medication or clinical tasks after completing our advanced training and competency sign off. • Monitor and report any changes in patient condition to the Regional Nurse Manager. • Contribute to a supportive, high-standard care environment. Full-Time and Part-Time Roles Essential Skills and Qualities for this role: • Reliable and committed. • Dedicated and flexible. • Excellent communication skills including verbal and written. • Enthusiastic with a willingness to learn. • Passionate, dedicated, and empathetic. • A driving licence is essential for this role. • Experience is not essential for this position. • Proof of your right to live and work in the UK. *Please note that this position is not available for international sponsorship.*
