(T&Cs Apply) Responsibilities: • Support patients with their physical care needs, including hygiene, mobility, nutrition, and comfort. • Deliver person-centered care according to individual bespoke care plans. • Promote independence and respect each patient’s spiritual, psychological, and cultural needs. • Maintain accurate care records. • Assist with communication between patients, their families, and healthcare professionals. • Administer prescribed medication or clinical tasks after completing our advanced training and competency sign off. • Monitor and report any changes in patient condition to the Regional Nurse Manager. • Contribute to a supportive, high-standard care environment.
