Are you passionate about enhancing services for residents, families, communities, and businesses? Do you have knowledge of or enthusiasm for Children’s Social Care and/or Education?
If so, you might be the perfect fit to support our Senior Business Partner in:
* Analyzing and disseminating performance data to foster an inclusive, council-wide culture of performance and improvement.
* Developing and implementing innovative approaches to track performance, report progress, and use data to improve residents' quality of life and visitors' experience in our Borough.
* Identifying, developing, and implementing efficient processes for data collation and analysis, including utilizing data lakes and warehouses, to maximize resources and time.
* Supporting the maintenance and use of the Council’s geographical information and mapping systems.
We offer an excellent total reward package, including:
* A competitive salary starting from £37,035 up to £39,513
* 27 days annual leave per year, rising to 32 with 5 years of service (plus bank holidays). Ability to purchase additional leave is also available.
