Sales Director
Based in Lane End, High Wycombe, HP14 3BY (hybrid working) when not travelling internationally. Permanent, Full-time, Monday - Friday 37 hours per week. 25 Annual Leave + UK Bank Holidays (with option to buy / sell), Pension Scheme, Private Medical Insurance, Access to a Private GP, Company Car / Cash Allowance, Bonus Scheme.
We're seeking a visionary Sales Director to join our expanding global water technologies company, dedicated to driving ecological transformation. Core Responsibilities
* Design and execute strategic commercial initiatives
* Drive new business development and customer acquisition
* Oversee key account management and stakeholder relationships
* Foster cross-functional collaboration with Marketing and R&D teams
* Guide product development strategy
* Lead performance tracking and KPI management
* Develop and mentor a global sales organisation
Qualifications
Required Experience:
* Proven track record in scientific/laboratory equipment sales leadership
* Demonstrated success in growing territory revenues
* Experience with global accounts and channel partner management
* Strong understanding of laboratory operations and instrumentation
* International business acumen
* Expert-level sales forecasting and budget management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, or related scientific discipline
* Advanced degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
