Are you passionate about client relationships and delivering outstanding experiences? Join Citywire’s Events team as a Client Liaison Executive, where you’ll play a crucial role in managing client interactions and ensuring the success of our global events. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for working within events. You’ll be travelling internationally, working closely with clients and internal teams to provide seamless event experiences.
What you’ll be doing:
* Managing and enhancing the overall client experience at Citywire events, both in the office and onsite at global events.
* Acting as the main point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring their needs are met.
* Frequently representing Citywire at events worldwide, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional client service.
* Handling key administrative tasks, such as managing client contracts, updating spreadsheets, and preparing client briefing documents.
* Working with internal teams to coordinate all aspects of onboarded client engagement and event logistics.
* Maintaining and updating event websites using Hubspot to keep clients informed and engaged.
What we’re looking for:
* Resilience & Professionalism: A robustness of character to navigate high-pressure situations, adapt to changing circumstances, and maintain composure while representing Citywire.
* Willingness & Ability to Travel: The role involves regular travel internationally as part of the events team.
* MS Office Proficiency: Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications.
* Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities to liaise with clients and colleagues effectively.
* Time & Project Management: The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with precision.
Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to organising tasks and handling client information.
* Hubspot Knowledge: Experience using Hubspot to manage client interactions and websites would be useful but not essential.
* Industry Insight: Familiarity with the Asset Management industry is desirable, but not essential.
We cover - and connect - all sides of the $100 trillion global asset management industry - through our news, events and insights.
At Citywire, we uphold a culture rooted in honesty, integrity, and fairness, where every voice is valued and heard. Our culture promotes constructive dialogue and collaboration on a global scale.
Join the team at the Heart of Wealth.
* Generous holiday entitlement: Start with 25 days per annum, increasing to 28 days after three years' service, and 30 days after five years' service, in addition to bank holidays.
* Flexible working options.
* £480 annual allowance for well-being activities or gym memberships, with assistance available for monthly or annual costs.
* Eye-test and glasses allowance.
* Critical illness cover and group life assurance from day one of employment.
* Well-being support: Access to an independent Employee Assistance Programme, available 24/7.
* Cycle to work scheme and annual travel card loans.
* Techscheme: Purchase the latest tech through our employer scheme, spreading the cost over 12 months with National Insurance savings.
* Enhanced maternity and paternity leave.
* After two years of continuous service, access group income protection, private medical, and dental insurance.
