We are currently recruiting Mental Health Support Workers to join our mixed, dedicated team in Hykeham Lincoln. We particularly welcome male applicants to help maintain a balanced workforce.
Role Details
* Role: Mental Health Support Worker
* Pay Rate: £12.40 Per Hour
* Shifts: Days and Nights available
* Hours: Full-time & Part-time
Qualifications
* Experience with ASD, ADHD, trauma, behaviours that challenge
* Strong de-escalation & non-reactive approach
* Calm under pressure
* Good boundaries, consistency & organisation
* Driving licence (essential)
Responsibilities
* Person-centred support & independence building
* Daily living tasks (meds, cooking, cleaning, documentation)
* Emotional regulation & structured routines
* Follow PBS plans
* Community access & physical activity (e.g., gym)
* Work with mental health & emergency services when needed
