We are currently working with a college based in Oxfordshire (multiple campuses) who are looking for a faculty administrator for their construction faculty:
Salary: £27,166 - £27,820 per annum
Hours per week: 37 hours per week
Working pattern: Monday - Thursday 7.5 hours, Friday 7 hours
Contract type: Permanent
Responsibilities:

Handle enquiries, monitor Faculty inboxes, manage calls and communications.

Support parents, students and staff, including managing parent induction presentations and maintaining accurate contact/progression information.
*
Provide administrative support to Faculty managers and academic staff.
*
Support admissions, enrolment and day-to-day Faculty operations.
*
Assist with recruitment administration, including coordinating interview days.
*
Coordinate student award nominations and ensure deadlines are met.
*
Organise Faculty events, manage social media, and maintain O365/Teams sites.
*
Liaise with CIT, Finance, MIS and other college services to resolve issues and ensure compliance.
*
Support community activities, resource allocation and tracking of spending.
*
Prioritise workload effectively and work flexibly to meet business demands.
*
Provide high-quality administrative support across the Construction Faculty.
