Arcus FM are looking for a talented React Native App Developer to join our team on a permanent basis. In this role, you'll play a key part in designing, developing, and maintaining mobile applications that meet the evolving needs of our business and clients.

Although this role allows for primarily remote working, there is a requirement to attend the Redditch office at least once a month.
What you'll do:
* Design & Development: Write, test, and deploy clean, efficient code for a variety of mobile applications
* System Maintenance: Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems to improve performance and security
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with designers, product managers, and fellow developers to ensure seamless user experiences
* Documentation: Maintain clear technical documentation to support development processes and knowledge sharing
* Innovation: Research and implement new technologies and best practices to enhance products and workflows
What We're Looking For:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
* Professional experience in mobile development using React Native
* Proficiency with tools like Expo, Redux, and React Navigation
* Solid experience working with RESTful APIs and third-party SDK integrations
* Familiarity with mobile databases and local storage solutions
* Strong understanding of deployment to both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store
* Experience with version control systems like Git
* Understanding of Agile methodologies and the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
* Awareness of modern development trends and DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines.
* Ability to optimise applications for performance, scalability, and reliability.
* Strong communication skills - able to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
