We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils with special educational needs in a welcoming and inclusive school setting. Key Responsibilities
* Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with SEN
* Assist in the implementation of individual education plans (IEPs)
* Support students with academic, social, and emotional development
* Help manage challenging behaviour in a calm and positive manner
* Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals
* Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
Requirements
* Previous experience working with children, ideally within an SEN setting
* A patient, empathetic, and resilient approach
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to build positive relationships with students and staff
* A passion for supporting children with additional needs
* Relevant qualifications (e.g. Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant) are desirable but not essential

All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role. All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
