Job Description
The payroll manager from retail which is based in London will involve the following duties:
3. Run the payroll end to end for the UK employees.
4. Shadow payrolls and year end payroll adjustments/reconciliation.
5. Manage and liaise with tax providers.
6. Provide a central point of coordination for all tax phases of assignment activities and deliver impeccable customer service.
7. Support stakeholders for assignment tax and social security and pension structuring.
8. Reviews payroll computations to ensure accuracy and compliance with tax regulations.
9. Perform audits of payroll tax computation and compliance.
10. Continuous improvement projects related to payroll processing.
11. Coordinate year end activities in cooperation with external payroll providers.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate for the Payroll Manager from retail will have:
12. 5+years experience within UK and EMEA payroll.
13. Preferably from a retail background.
14. Have worked with SAP, People Soft, Workday, ADP software before.
15. Excellent attention to detail.
16. Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially within excel.
