Last Chance Saloon is the newest addition to the vibrant nightlife of Stokes Croft. Independently owned and operated, we're on a mission to create an inclusive, community-focused space in one of Bristol's most exciting neighbourhoods.
Our bold and playful decor pays homage to Bristol's artistic spirit, featuring work from incredible local talent. We offer an eclectic mix of coffee, cocktails, draught pours, and cold-serve small plates – all with a strong focus on local producers and sustainable practices.

Key Responsibilities:
* Ensuring the bar and venue is well stocked and tidy.
* Maintain the right energy and atmosphere, day and night.
* Be a welcoming and helpful presence for guests.
* Learning all specifications for drinks.
* Recommending drinks to guests.
Who We're Looking For:
* A strong team player and communicator.

* General drinks knowledge and willingness to learn.
* Customer service skills.
