Sales Account Manager - 4 Day Working Week
Location: Nuneaton
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum + 10% performance bonus
Working hours: Monday‑Thursday, 7:15 am - 5:45 pm (4-day working week)
Our client, a leader in their field, seeks a Sales Account Manager from a manufacturing or engineering background to support the development of new partners and ensure continued expansion of the UK market.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
* Develop contacts and relationships with customers to ensure first choice when placing orders and first refusal in any competitive situation.
* Develop market categories and specifically new industries.
* Log, track and maintain outbound activity via Salesforce.
* Update customer information in CRM and ERP.
* Maintain market and competitor knowledge.
* Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and competitor awareness to offer alternative products when necessary.
Ideal Candidate Experience and Skills
* Proven B2B sales, account management or internal sales background from manufacturing or engineering.
* Enthusiastic and willing to learn new skills and work within a small, fast‑paced company.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficient in Office 365/Excel.
* Confident communicator both internally with the team and externally with managed accounts.
* Proactive, organized, great time and workload management to prioritize tasks and actions.
* Experience in the software industry desirable but not essential.
