Salary: £35,100 per annum + Paid Overtime

We are recruiting Production Team Leaders for a well-established and growing food manufacturing site specialising in retail packing and slow-cooked products. This is not an abattoir environment.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on running an efficient production line, leading from the front, and supporting teams to consistently deliver high-quality products.

The Role
As Production Team Leader, you will support the smooth and efficient operation of a production line, managing 8–12 operatives on shift. While this is not a heavily people-management focused role, you'll be confident stepping in where needed, managing processes, and keeping production on track.
