Location: South West Reports To: Operations Director Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: Competitive (Negotiable based on experience) + Performance-Based Incentives Role Overview As a member of our Operations Team, you will oversee the branch operations for community care across a designated region. You will manage a team of registered branch managers and drive the growth and success of the region. We are seeking someone who can deliver KPIs through effective business planning, performance management, championing operational excellence and maintaining strong relationships with internal support functions and external stakeholders.
