We're looking for a Contract Manager to join our Kier team based in Essex.
Location & Hours
Location: Essex – remote working available, with occasional travel to the office required.
Hours: 40 hours per week – Monday to Friday, 08:00am to 5:00pm.
We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role.
What will you be responsible for?
As a Contract Manager, you'll be working within the Kier team, supporting them in delivering hard services across a designated account portfolio.
Your day-to-day will include:
* Ensuring the asset base is accurate and maintained in the required CAFM system
* Managing the cost base through daily operations and management accounting
* Developing engineers to handle reactive jobs and planned preventative tasks
* Ensuring statutory compliance and safe working environments
* Managing the interface with the Kier Helpdesk and/or customer
