Hiredesk Planning Manager Office based Mon-Friday An exciting new opportunity for an experienced Hiredesk Planning Manager to join an established Plant hire company in Essex. As the HPM you will be have a varied role that includes: Planning and logistics for delivery of equipment to customer sites Working closely with internal and external parties Maintenance planning with the workshop, scheduling of equipment Client facing, continual interaction with clients, ensuring accurate information given and received Resource planning for efficiency at every stage Liaise closely with Operations and Transport Manager Keeping all documentation on insurances, repairs, logistics and timetables updated Lead the Hiredesk function for the business Experience in plant hire, industrial equipment hire, heavy machinery or similar Updating and maintaining the company CRM database If you have any relevant industry certifications, HSEQMS, IOSH or similar, this would be advantageous but not essential.
