Location Manager - Rented Housing
Location: Pollard Close
Hours: 21 hours per week
Salary: Up to £29,000 per annum pro rata
About the role
Working with different individuals every day, a Location Manager's job is varied, and no two days are the same. You will connect with our communities in various ways, managing property matters, tenancy issues, and relationships with residents.
The role involves working with multiple departments, so confidence in managing relationships with stakeholders and partners is essential.
Responsibilities include:
* Managing properties and supporting residents to live independently
* Letting properties, managing rent accounts, handling anti-social behaviour, and ensuring repairs are completed
* Listening to residents and addressing issues proactively
* Taking ownership of complaints, investigating thoroughly, and keeping residents informed
* Maintaining resident trust through effective communication and service delivery
* Managing budgets and service charge accounts, ensuring high standards in maintenance and repairs
* Ensuring safety through health and safety checks and risk assessments
* Supporting residents with external agencies to access appropriate services
* Encouraging social inclusion through community events
