We are currently looking for a Planning and Admin Officer to join an established team delivering and managing Void Maintenance and associated repair works. The role involves working closely with the Allocations team and Local Housing teams.
The post holder will ensure that work is completed to a good quality standard, within timescales, and to the satisfaction of clients and customers. Experience of working in a customer-focused team is desirable.
Qualifications
* Educated to GCSE Grade C or above in English and Mathematics or equivalent qualification, or demonstrate experience and ability to perform the role.
