Responsibilities
* Assist with the preparation of accounts, tax computations, and VAT returns for a variety of clients.
* Maintain accurate records and complete work to a high standard within agreed timeframes.
* Act as a professional and reliable point of contact for clients, responding to queries with a positive, service-driven approach.
* Contribute to a collaborative team environment, supporting continuous improvement and client service excellence.
* Stay up to date with technical knowledge through CPD and training opportunities.
Key Requirements
* Part-qualified AAT, fully AAT qualified, or qualified by experience.
* Experience working in an accountancy practice is highly desirable.
Additional Requirements
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proactive and dependable, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Highly organised with good attention to detail and time management.
* Confident using Microsoft Office and cloud-based accounting software (Xero, Sage).
