Job Description
* Stand alone Head of FP&A role responsible for overseeing all financial planning and analysis activities.
* Consolidation of reporting across multiple departments
* Collaborating closely with other department heads to ensure financial strategies align with organisational goals.
* Producing accurate financial reports and presenting them to stakeholders.
* Identifying potential areas for cost reductions and efficiency improvements.
* Ensuring compliance with all financial regulations and standards.
* Participating in fundraising and budgeting efforts.
* Contributing to the overall mission and success of the Not For Profit organisation.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Head of FP&A should have:
* A qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
* Proven FP&A Experience including consolidating across multiple departments/ divisions within a large organisation
* Experience gained in global/ bluechip/ large complex organisation
* UK Right to work
* UK based
