THE ROLE
:• This is a key role within a growing practice, offering high-quality work, genuine responsibility and the support of a collaborative and well-resourced team
.• You will advise and represent clients across the full spectrum of family childcare matters, delivering expert guidance in complex and sensitive cases while contributing to the continued growth and profile of the team
.• You will be responsible for a varied childcare caseload to include child arrangements orders and contact disputes, parental responsibility matters, adoption proceedings, emergency applications and protection orders and public law childcare proceeding
s• Advising and representing clients at court and tribunals, conducting advocacy where appropriat
