Job Description:
We’re growing our Social Department and looking for a Senior Paid Social Executive with 3-5 years’
experience to take ownership of paid social performance across a varied client portfolio. This role sits at
the heart of our social growth, combining strategic thinking, creative testing, and strong commercial
awareness.
This is a paid-social-first role, leading campaigns across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and X for

Key Responsibilities
* Own, optimise, and scale Meta & TikTok campaigns across awareness, consideration, and conversion
* stages.
* Lead performance analysis (ROAS, CPA/CPL, CTR, CVR) and turn insights into clear recommendations.
* Own creative testing roadmaps, identifying opportunities across messaging, formats, hooks, and
* audiences.
* Apply a full-funnel approach, integrating organic social, UGC, and influencer activity into wider
* campaign thinking.
* Lead client communications, including performance updates, testing plans, and recommendations.
* Collaborate with design, content, and paid media teams to deliver integrated campaigns.

A confident Senior Paid Social Executive who’s ready to take ownership. You’ll be comfortable leading
accounts, explaining decisions to clients, and applying full-funnel thinking to understand how paid,
organic, and influencer activity contribute to overall business performance. You’re proactive, commercially
aware, and excited to help shape a growing social department.
What You’ll Bring
* 3-5 years’ hands-on paid social experience (agency experience preferred).
* Advanced experience with Meta Ads Manager & TikTok Ads Manager.
* Strong understanding of optimisation logic, pixel/events, and testing methodology.
* Confidence working with performance data and translating insights into action.
* Experience collaborating closely with clients and internal teams.
Nice-to-Have
* Experience working with organic social, UGC, or influencer-led content.
