This will consist of tasks such as covering the reception area and guest services des, along with being the primary support for the electrical gaming machines. This will involve greeting customers, managing the cloakroom, assisting with machines, helping customers with disputes regarding machines and providing exceptional customer service as well as assistance in creating a courteous environment on the gaming floor.
