Salary: Negotiable based on experience + an on-target bonus of 25%, paid out monthly based on your store's performance.
Hours: 37.5 hours across 5 days per week, including weekends on a rotation basis.

Job Description
As a Store Manager at Three UK, you will guide and inspire your team to deliver excellent customer service while achieving and exceeding KPIs in a positive, high-performing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Team Management: Manage, coach, and develop your team to build a motivated, cohesive group aligned with our values.
2. Drive Commercial Excellence: Lead your team to surpass sales targets and KPIs through strategic planning.
3. Store Operations: Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and high standards.
4. Performance Elevation: Identify growth opportunities and implement strategies to boost sales.
5. Customer Engagement: Deliver outstanding service and create exceptional customer experiences.
6. Solution Efficiency: Provide personalized solutions to customer inquiries promptly.
Qualifications
We seek a sales and customer service-oriented individual ready to step into management. Key qualities include:
