Job Title: Procurement Administrator Location: Seaham (with regional support) Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience Benefits: Pension, holiday allowance, career development, supportive team environment Working Hours: Full-time, Monday–Friday As a Procurement Administrator, you will: * Support Senior Buyers in delivering efficient, compliant, and cost-effective procurement services * Maintain supplier data, raise purchase orders in SAP, and resolve invoice queries * Support tender activity, audits, and the management of vendor documentation * Work closely with internal teams including Finance, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, HR, and Marketing * Develop into Junior Buyer responsibilities, assisting with sourcing, cost-saving initiatives, and supplier relationship management * Maintain price trackers, project trackers, and departmental reports * Undertake other Procurement and project duties as directed Skills & Experience: * Minimum 12 months’ experience in an administrative or procurement-support role * Experience in FMCG or engineering environments preferred * Educated to A Level or equivalent * Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks * Experience using ERP systems (preferably SAP) advantageous * Confident liaising with suppliers and internal stakeholders Why Should You Apply? * Opportunity for genuine career progression into Ju...
