We’re currently recruiting for a Customer Service Co-ordinator, an office-based role in Redditch, offering a salary of £30,000–£35,000 depending on experience.

Customer Service Coordinator
You’ll coordinate service schedules, manage technical interventions, and ensure customers receive smooth, professional support at every step.
Customer Service Coordinator Key Responsibilities:
Act as the main point of contact for all service coordination
Manage service requests from first call to final resolution
Schedule installations, planned maintenance, and technical interventions
Track orders and keep customers updated on timelines
Work closely with technical teams and field engineers
Capture customer feedback and help drive service improvements
Ensure every case is completed professionally and every customer feels valuedThe successful Customer Service Coordinator will have:-
Experience in customer service or service coordination, ideally in a technical/industrial environment
Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional approach
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Confident with CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Salesforce/SAP are an advantage)
A proactive, solution-focused mindset
