Are you a caring, confident, and motivated support worker ready to take the next step in your career? We're on the lookout for a Lead Health & Social Care Support Worker to join our fantastic Care at Home team in South Skye & Lochalsh.
In this role, you’ll be helping to lead and support a team of Senior Health & Social Care Support Workers, working closely with our Care at Home Officers and wider integrated health and social care team. It's all about making sure people receive the person-centred, high-quality care they deserve in their own homes—and helping staff deliver just that.
What you’ll be doing:
Supporting and mentoring other staff
Carrying out service user reviews and updating support plans
Working closely with health & social care professionals
Helping to solve problems and make care the best it can be
Ensuring all the right policies and standards are followed
What we’re looking for:
SVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (and ready to start SVQ4 modules)
Experience in care and supervising staff
A team player with great communication and leadership skills
IT confident (emails, reports, and Teams calls are part of the day)
A full UK driving licence (you’ll be out and about)
