Responsibilities
- Lead procurement and subcontract activities
- Manage supplier relationships and negotiate commercial agreements
- Ensure delivery, cost, quality, and compliance targets are achieved
Qualifications
- Background in Procurement, Supply Chain, Commercial or Subcontract Management
- Experience within complex or highly regulated environments
- Strong supplier management and negotiation skills
- Financial forecasting and commercial awareness
- Knowledge of ITAR / EAR / UK Export Controls
- Ability to work independently and influence key stakeholders
