We're seeking a results-driven professional with strong analytical capabilities and a sharp commercial mindset to lead internal projects, streamline operations, and manage key supplier and customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage internal supply chain projects focused on efficiency and performance
* Oversee and optimise cost control strategies across procurement, warehousing, and logistics
* Prepare and deliver internal reports covering stock levels, KPIs, delivery performance, and costs
* Maintain strong working relationships with customers, transport providers, and business partners
* Handle and resolve supply chain claims, service disputes, and delivery issues
* Collaborate cross-functionally to improve overall supply chain planning and accuracy
* Ensure compliance with internal processes, client SLAs, and industry best practices
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience in a supply chain, logistics, or operations management role
* Excellent analytical skills – confident working with data, KPIs, and reports
* Strong communication skills – able to liaise with clients, partners, and internal teams
* Experience leading internal improvement projects or cost-saving initiatives
* Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
* Comfortable managing disputes and driving resolutions diplomatically
