Job Title: Customer Service Officer (Temporary – 3 Months)
Location: South East London
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm (Office-based)
Salary: Competitive hourly rate (dependent on experience)
Are you an experienced customer service professional looking for your next opportunity? We're working with a respected Housing Association in South East London that is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Officer for a full-time, 3-month temporary role.
About the Role:
As a key point of contact, you’ll be responsible for handling a wide range of incoming enquiries from residents. These could include queries related to:

Repairs and maintenance
*
Housing-related issues
*
Anti-social behaviour (ASB)
*
General tenancy support
You’ll be working in a fast-paced, office-based environment where excellent communication skills and a customer-first approach are essential.
What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in a similar housing or local authority role
*
Confident handling queries via phone, email, and face-to-face
*
Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask
*
A calm and empathetic approach when dealing with sensitive issues
