Our well-established Grantham client is seeking a Part Time Purchase Ledger Assistant to join their finance team.
Responsibilities include:
1. Processing supplier invoices and payments
2. Monitoring the purchase ledger email inbox
3. Answering supplier queries via phone and email
4. Post handling and distribution
5. Providing administrative support as needed to the department
The ideal candidate will have:
* Previous experience in a similar role
* An eye for detail and accuracy with figures and data entry
* Intermediate Excel skills
