Join Our Community
Responsible for managing change initiatives across Risk with a focus on Group-led change initiatives, as well as launching and leading initiatives to improve and/or implement new ways of working in areas such as risk culture, governance, people, policies, processes, risk models, and systems.
The difference you’ll make
* Managing the full change management process and related governance for projects, representing Risk in governance fora.
* Working with senior stakeholders to challenge and develop lending strategies and operating models.
* Ensuring adherence to internal policies and external legislative/regulatory guidelines.
* Ensuring clear, accurate, and actionable communications.
* Challenging current processes and developing best-in-class operating models for Risk.
What you’ll bring
* Knowledge of change management, project management, process design, and data management techniques and tools.
* Ability to engage at senior management level and manage key stakeholders.
It would also be nice for you to have
* Experience working within the UK banking sector.
What else you need to know
* This role is based in Milton Keynes or other Santander offices with flexible working from home.
