: Sales Administrator
Location: Stockley Park, Uxbridge
Salary: £30, (includes travel allowance)
Working Pattern: Mon - Fri | 08:30 - 17:15 | 1 Hr Lunch
On-site/hybrid/remote: Fully on-site for first 6 months, then hybrid.

Qualifications and Experience Required:
1. Hold a 2:1 Bachelor's degree in any subject.
2. Full UK driving license.
Job Specification:
Administration :
Making sure customer orders received are entered correctly into the CRM system
3. Communicating with customers and all colleagues by telephone, email ensuring queries
4. Ensuring that agreed promised delivery dates to customers are maintained
5. Managing the end-to-end order process including providing details regarding dispatch and delivery
6. Process quotation to the customer
Logistics:
7. Manage daily distribution through the CRM systems
8. Stock Control and transfer
9. Daily communication to our warehouse, and follow by company logistic guidelines which include self-auditors
10. Visit warehouse and Identify area for continuous improvement
11. Support at all stages of the flow of goods from the Japanese parent company to end customers
Personal Requirements:
12. Experience working in a professional environment is an advantage, but not a requirement
13. Open, clear and confident communicator, both written and oral
14. Logical and precise thinker with a good head for numbers
15. Target-orientated mentality with the ability to self-evaluate and innovate
16. Good team worker and collaborator
17. Able to work both independently to defined objectives
18. Ability to work effectively under pressure to tight deadlines
19. Capable of multi-tasking whilst maintaining high attention to detail
Package:
20. Starting Salary £28k + £2, Area Allowance (Total £30,)
